Rector

Fr. Jason Hill

Having previously planted a church in Texas, the Lord providentially moved Jason and his family to Hawaii in 2019 with the desire of helping the people of Maui encounter the truth, beauty, and goodness of King Jesus through Anglican worship. Powered by this vision, he leads the Kingsfield Church every Sunday in liturgical worship, spends the rest of the week intentionally making disciples within a sacramental community and calling those to go out to out island sharing the good news of Jesus to the weary people of Maui.

Jason treasures his marriage with Heather and they have the joy of raising four sons and a daughter together. The Hills are have seen God be the Faithful One over and over again in a place they love for a people they want to lay down their lives for in service with great hospitality. Having lived near the ocean most of his life, you’ll often find Father Jason hanging out at the beach, surfing with his kids, in his garage-turned-wood-shop building something or with a good book in his hands.

Aspirant to the Diaconate

Justin Davenport

Justin aspires to become a deacon in the Diocese of the Rocky Mountains and currently serves as the Director of Music at Kingsfield Mission. He also cares for the daily needs of the church and assists Father Jason where needed.

Justin and his wife Martha have served the church in various ways over the years, and they moved to Maui with their three (now four) children as an answer to God’s invitation to help cultivate sacramental community on the island.

In his free time, Justin enjoys reading at the beach alongside Martha, playing baseball with his kids, and listening to good music with friends.
